We come take a look
Our team visits your property for an initial inspection. This lets us see surface types, problem areas, and any specific concerns you have. Takes about twenty minutes for most spaces.
You get a clear quote
Based on what we see, we put together a straightforward quote. No hidden fees, no vague estimates. You'll know exactly what we're doing and what it costs before we start.
The cleaning happens
Our mobile team arrives with all equipment and supplies. We work through the property systematically — dry dusting, wet cleaning, bathrooms, windows, the works. You don't need to be there if you'd rather not.
Final walkthrough
Before we leave, we do a quality check. If something's not right, we fix it on the spot. We're not done until the job meets our standards — and yours.
